To alert a bus driver that you need the ramp, hold up your reflective wallet when you are signaling a bus to stop. To alert a train or tram driver that you need the ramp, show your reflective wallet when it is approaching.
Sit in the priority areas and when your stop or station is next, press the ‘stop’ or ‘ramp request’ buttons to let the driver know you need the ramp to exit.
