First bounce: 12:05 pm

Traffic will be heavier than usual approaching the precinct, so please allow for extra travel time. Roads around Adelaide will be closed for patrons to enter and exit the stadium safely. Be patient when leaving car parks and follow the directions of police and traffic controllers.

If you're catching buses after the game, regular bus stops outside the stadium will be closed. Buses will be using different stops near the stadium, so follow the direction of staff and look out for signs.

If you're travelling home by taxi or ride share services, choose a pickup location away from the stadium to avoid delays. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at traffic.sa.gov.au.

Bus to Adelaide Oval

Metropolitan bus services:

Footy Express AO and AOX services will operate before each game at Adelaide Oval. These services will depart up to 45 minutes after the game from a dedicated interchange adjacent Adelaide Oval.

Regional bus services:

Bus services will operate from Adelaide Oval to selected regional areas. Fans travelling on regional bus services will need to contact the service provider prior to the game to reserve a seat.

Regional bus timetable:

Train to Adelaide Oval

Trains will operate up to two hours before and up to one hour after games at Adelaide Oval. All train services will arrive and depart from the Adelaide Railway Station.

Regular and additional train services will operate before matches to ensure patrons get to Adelaide Oval.

Tram to Adelaide Oval

Trams will operate up to two hours before and up to one hour after games at Adelaide Oval.

The Festival line operates from Glenelg to Adelaide Oval. This service arrives and departs from the Festival Plaza tram stop on King William Road, a short walking distance to the stadium.

The Glenelg and Botanic lines arrive and depart from the Adelaide Railway Station tram stop on North Terrace. Fans can walk through the Adelaide Railway Station and across the Riverbank Bridge to Adelaide Oval

Please remember to check the digital display on the front of the tram before you board to avoid travelling in the wrong direction or getting on the wrong tram.

Between 2:25 pm to 4:00 pm the following bus stop closures will be in place:

• Stop 1 King William Rd - East and West side
  • Passengers go to Stop 2 King William Rd, North West and South East side
• Stop 1 Sir Edwin Smith Ave - North side only
  • Passengers go to Stop 2 Sir Edwin Smith Ave - West side
• Stop A2 and A3 King William Rd
  • Passengers go to Stop B1 King William St - East side
• Stop Z1 and Z2 King William Rd
  • Passengers go to Stop Y2 King William St   - West side

Taxi ranks:

Temporary taxi ranks will be installed at the following locations:

• King William Rd - West side, south of Pennington Tce (Taxi rank only).
• Pennington Tce - South side, east of main car park entry (Taxi and coach zone).
• Montefiore Rd - East side, north of War Memorial Drive (Drop off only until 12:30 pm and Taxi zone from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm).
• War Memorial Dr - East of Montefiore Rd (For patrons with wheelchairs and mobility aids.)
  • The Casino taxi rank will be closed from 2:40 pm to 4:00 pm, with a temporary rank instated outside the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Passenger loading zones:

Passenger loading zones will be located in the following areas:

• Pennington Tce north side, east of Montefiore Rd (between Montefiore Rd and Palmer Pl, west side).
• Montefiore Rd east side, 75 metres south of War Memorial Dr.
