To help our team find your lost property, we’ll need to know a few things. Please complete the form with as much detail as possible, including attaching an image of the lost item where possible to increase the chances of us locating your item.

Found something?

If you have found some lost property, you can hand it to a staff member via the below options:

Bus

  • Hand it to the bus driver as you are leaving
  • Pass it to a Ticket Inspector or on-board security
  • Give to your local police station

Train

  • Hand it to the driver if they leave the drivers cabin
  • Pass it to a PSA (Passenger Service Assistant) or on-board security
  • Deliver it to the Lost Property office at Adelaide Railway Station
  • Give to your local police station

Tram

  • Hand it to the driver if they leave the drivers cabin
  • Pass it to a PSA (Passenger Service Assistant) or on-board security
  • Deliver it to the Lost Property office at Glengowrie Tram Depot
  • Give to your local police station

If there is no staff around, you can drop it off at the nearest bus depot or police station.

Collection of your lost property

We record details of all lost property handed in to us. If we have your item, we will advise you about how to collect it.

Please allow 24 hours for your item to be reported within our system.
