Customer Satisfaction Survey

We want to hear about your public transport experience – every stop of the way.


Adelaide Metro and our service providers want to ensure our focus remains on providing you with the best experience possible from the start of your journey planning to arriving at your destination.

To keep us on track, we will be running regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys to hear directly from you about everything from the service of staff, and the cleanliness of buses, trains, trams, stations and interchanges, to the availability and accuracy of service information, and the driving manner across the network.

Your feedback will help us understand your travel needs and show us where we can make improvements along your public transport journey.

These surveys forms part of the public transport contracts, which include requirements to meet certain performance and customer satisfaction criteria.
