On Time Running

On time running performance information for Adelaide Metro services.

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) monitors the performance of the contracted bus operators to ensure that the standard of service meets community needs. On time running of services are monitored against the following performance thresholds:  

  • Bus ā€“ no more than 4 minutes and 59 seconds after the time stated in the timetable
    OTR Table 1 - 31 March 21
  • Train - no more than 4 minutes and 59 seconds after the timetabled arrival time at the destination
  • Tram - no more than 4 minutes and 59 seconds after the timetabled arrival time at the destination

The information reflects monthly operational performance outcomes derived from automated mechanisms. Performance may vary significantly on any given day due to a broad range of factors within or beyond the control of operators.
