Community reference and research
Adelaide Metro supports community groups, such as the Disability Access and Inclusion Committee (DAIC), to provide guidance on specific public transport needs for customers with disabilities.
Adelaide Metro also conducts customer focus groups and surveys to provide input into the structure of our services.
Major projects with community impact
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) hosts a dedicated Community Interact forum where you can ask questions and find answers about public transport infrastructure projects.
