Fares and Metrotickets

To travel on the Adelaide Metro public transport system, you must:

  1. Have a valid Metroticket.
  2. Stamp (validate) your Metroticket upon each boarding.
  3. Keep your metroticket until your journey had ended.
  4. If you pay a Concession Holder fare, it is essential that you travel with a South Australian Government approved concession card. If you don't, you may be fined.
  5. Accompanied children under five travel free at all times.
