  • Adelaide Metro Online Ticket Sales accept payments between $3.50 and $2,000.00.
  • All ticket types are available on-line however the minimum transaction value is $3.50.
  • All ticket types are available by phone, including group tickets however the minimum transaction value is $5.00.
  • Anticipate a two day delivery within metropolitan Adelaide excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • A 50 cent regular post or $2.00 registered mail fee applies.
  • Multiple tickets can be purchased in the one transaction.
  • Multiple Timetables and/or Brochures are available.
  • Purchases between $200-$300, or consisting 15-20 metrotickets
    Customers are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to registered mail, requiring delivery confirmation. The customer is required to physically sign for the parcel. This is an upgrade from 50 cent postage to ensure tickets are delivered in a safe and secure way. Please note that the customer is not charged any extra for this service, but is charged a 50 cent fee. Customers beware that if you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be at your local post office for signing and pick up. If your purchase meets this criteria and you would like to accept our complimentary upgrade, please indicate this when you make your ticket selection (last option on the form).
  • Purchases over $300 or over 20 metrotickets
    Customers are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to courier in metropolitan Adelaide. Please note couriers will not deliver to RSD’s –Road Side Delivery addresses, or Post Office Boxes. Therefore a street address MUST be provided if you select this option. If your purchase meets this criteria and you would like to accept our complimentary upgrade, please indicate this when you make your ticket selection (last option on the form).
