Adelaide Metro retains the email addresses and/or mobile telephone numbers of registered users who submit requests via the "SMS and Email Mailing List" for the purpose of notifying users of public transport service changes and special public transport offers. The Adelaide Metro team may also use this information to conduct market research, in turn providing a better service to our customers. Information provided by you may be disclosed to our service providers to provide you with the information you have requested but will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent.
   
4. Adelaide Metro retains the mobile phone numbers of registered users who submit requests for the Adelaide Metro ring tones and/or logos for the purpose of sending said ring tones and/or logos. They are stored in a secure area and will not be used for any other purpose nor disclosed without your consent.

No personal details are provided to any other individual or organisation, and access to this information is restricted to members of the Adelaide Metro team.
